About Ahsen

As the son of an immigrant, the father of two children, and a middle school teacher to our next generation, I am both nervous and optimistic about the future trajectory of our nation. One of my strengths is to approach challenges with a balanced perspective. My professional background in education, residential mortgage finance, and realty — while atypical for those entering the House of Representatives — provides me with a fresh and valuable viewpoint. In these unique times, with Congress holding a 10% approval rating, I believe that being an outsider is a strength, not a weakness.

If elected, I am committed to bringing a forward-thinking perspective to the table and to working tirelessly to address the needs and concerns of our nation and district. I will focus on practical solutions to improve the lives of our constituents, drawing from my professional experience to offer innovative approaches. My goal is to foster a collaborative environment where all voices are heard, and together, we can make meaningful progress.
